My Story
Welcome! Sveicināti! Bienvenue!
My name is Jānis Zēgners, a finance professional with 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Pay-for-Performance compensation schemes.
After graduating in 2013 from the Free University of Brussels/Solvay Business School, I joined aerospace giant Airbus.
During my 9 years at Airbus, I gained valuable insights in topics like financial planning, analysis, modelling and reporting.
Additionally, I was the main finance focal point for Pay for Performance Compensation schemes, especially for target setting and performance measurement purposes.
